Biography
Norbert Simon was born and raised in the beautiful Transylvania, the heart of Romania.
His hunting journey started from a passion for precision shooting as he started shooting air rifles for fun. His passion for shooting combined with a passion for the outdoors and wildlife, naturally led him towards hunting, so he started to join his hunter friends on their hunts, until he finally became a hunter in 2011.
Predator hunting was a favorite of his since the beginning, partially because he could call them in using game calls, but also because there is an abundance of foxes and by hunting them you can see a slow but steady increase in the other small game population.
In Romania, the use of electronic game calls is not allowed, but he's perfectly happy with the hand calls that he has from FOXPRO.
Then, while taking hunting trips around the world, he learned the huge potential of calling other game as well, like turkeys for example.
