Ronson Childers

Ronson Childers, I'm 54 years old. I started hunting deer when I was 12 years old. After rifle hunting for a few years a friend and I started hunting with a bow during the high school days. That just led to wanting more. From there it went to bass fishing tournaments, then to 3D archery tournaments. Then one day, when I was around 25, a good friend and myself heard about a varmint-hunting contest in Comanche, TX.

We said, heck let's give it a try, sounds like fun. We've hunted a few times before for the fun of it, but now let's go compete. We won and I've been hooked ever since. I'm guessing about the past 10 years I've represented FOXPRO at every tournament I've been to. Conversing with other fellow hunters about strategies, favorite calls, locations, and even trying to teach a trick or two to the new upcoming predator hunters.
