Remote Support Instructions

Windows Users:

  1. 1 Click this link to download TeamViewer
  2. 2 Locate the file (likely in your Downloads folder), double click TeamViewerQS.exe
  3. 3 Upon launching, you may be asked to run as administrator, press yes to launch Team Viewer
  4. 4 The screen will appear with an ID and Password, which you will provide to your FoxPro agent

Mac Users: (instructions need to be updated)

  1. 1 Click this link to download TeamViewer
  2. 2 Locate the file (likely in your Downloads folder), double click TeamViewerQS.dmg
  3. 3 Upon launching, double click the TeamViewer icon
  4. 4 The screen will appear with an ID and Password, which you will provide to your FoxPro agent
