Biography

Chad Burke calls the hills of East Tennessee home. He was born and raised in a small town called Sneedville, TN, where he still resides today with his wife, Katie and son, Gentry.

Chad’s love for the outdoors started at a young age deer and turkey hunting with his brother Justin. Chad and his brother spent many days in the hills chasing deer and turkeys.  After taking a few deer and turkeys with a gun he took interest in archery. Shooting in the yard and at local 3D ranges with his brother and a group of friends became one his favorite pastimes. Bowhunting became his passion after taking his first deer with his bow at 14 years old, 18 years later and the fire for it is still burning today.

January 2019 he started his predator hunting journey. After deer season closed that year he made a couple dry stands before he connected on his first coyote. That coyote just happened to be a black colorphase male. At the time he didn't know how rare they were in some parts of the country and has been lucky to take a few more colorphase coyotes since.

The next January he entered a local predator hunting tournament with a lifelong friend Sloane Holt. Sloane was new to predator hunting as well and they had never hunted together. But the second stand they made together they called up a pair of coyotes and took their first double. Their luck continued and they managed to take 5 coyotes. After weighing their coyotes to break a tie Chad and Sloane came away with first place. After winning the tournament they were hooked on calling  predators. Hunting every chance they got, multiple tournaments, and traveling to a couple different states.

Chad’s passion for the outdoors is still growing and is stronger than ever.  If he’s not at work or busy with life in general, you can bet he's in the woods. Whether he’s after a big buck in the fall, a hard gobbling eastern in the spring, or packing his FoxPro X24 year round!
