Updating the TX200 Playlist
Transferring Sounds To The TX-200 Transmitter (FX5, Scorpion, SC5, and OCC Only)
FX5 Instructions
- Make sure that both your TX-200 transmitter and your FX5 are turned OFF.
- Plug the supplied stereo patch cable into the AUX (auxiliary) jack on the front of the FX5 and the side jack on the TX-200. NOTE: Double-check to verify that the end of the plug going into the AUX jack is inserted entirely into the jack. If this connection is not secured, the transfer will not work.
- Turn on the TX-200 transmitter ONLY. The screen will turn on and say "Select Channel Press Send" All units come from the factory on channel B. Look at the bottom left hand part of the screen and verify that you see B.
- Press the send button. Your screen should now say "FX5 Instructions: Hold down arrow Turn on caller" You now want to set your remote down.
- ON THE FRONT OF THE FX5, you will notice the sound selector buttons (the arrow pointing up, and the arrow pointing down). PRESS and HOLD the bottom sound selector button (arrow pointing down).
- As you are holding in the bottom sound selector button in, turn on your FX5. You will notice numbers scrolling on your FX5. As soon as you see these numbers scrolling, release the bottom sound selector button.
- You should now notice numbers scrolling on the LCD panel on the front of the FX5 and on your TX-200 it will say "Transferring Data Please Wait" and there will also be a status bar going across the bottom of the screen.
- When the numbers on the front LCD panel of your FX5 reach 199 and your remote says transfer complete, you want to remove the stereo patch cable from both ends then turn off both your FX5 and your TX-200 transmitter.
- Turn on your TX-200 transmitter and you will see your new sounds appear.
Scorpion X1A & OCC Instructions
- Make sure that both your TX-200 transmitter and your Scorpion or OCC are turned OFF.
- Plug the supplied stereo patch cable into the AUX (auxiliary) jack on the Scorpion or OCC and the side jack on the TX-200.
- Turn on the TX-200 transmitter ONLY. The screen will turn on and say "Select Channel Press Send" All units come from the factory on channel B. Look at the bottom left hand part of the screen and verify that you see B. Press the send button.
- Your screen should now say "Scorpion: Turn on caller" You now want to set your remote down.
- Inside of the Scorpion or OCC you should notice a red ON/OFF button. Press that button one time. You should notice your remote says "Transferring Data Please Wait" When your remote says transfer complete, remove the stereo patch cable from both ends then turn off both your Scorpion or OCC and your TX-200 transmitter. Turn on your TX-200 transmitter and you will see your new sounds appear.
Snow Crow Pro (SC5) Instructions
- Make sure that both your TX-200 transmitter and your SC5 are turned OFF.
- Plug the supplied stereo patch cable into the AUX (auxiliary) jack inside the SC5 and the side jack on the TX-200.
- Turn on the TX-200 transmitter ONLY. The screen will turn on and say "Select Channel Press Send" All units come from the factory on channel B. Look at the bottom left hand part of the screen and verify that you see B. Press the send button.
- Your screen should now say "FX5 Instructions: Hold down arrow Turn on caller" You now want to set down your remote.
- Inside of the SC5, you will notice the LCD panel that displays your sound numbers. Right beside this panel you will notice the up/down toggle switch. Pull the toggle switch to the down position and hold it there. As you are holding the toggle switch down, turn on the SC5. You will notice numbers scrolling on the LCD panel. As soon as you see these numbers scrolling, release the toggle switch. You should now notice numbers scrolling on the LCD panel inside the SC5 and on your TX-200 it will say "Transferring Data Please Wait" and there will also be a status bar going across the bottom of the screen.
- When the numbers on the LCD panel of your SC5 reach 199 and your remote says transfer complete, remove the stereo patch cable from both ends then turn off both your SC5 and your TX-200 transmitter. Turn on your TX-200 transmitter and you will see your new sounds appear.
